Businelle Remote Desktop Support
To Get Businelle To Connect To Your Desktop
- Download this program techsupport.exe and
save it or run it.
- When you run it, if there are any warning message, just choose Yes. If
you have Norton Firewall or other such programs, go ahead and allow it to connect
to the internet.
- Choose to connect to "Technical Support" or "Technical Support with
encryption" depending on what Businelle will instruct.
- Then your computer will make contact with our server, and we should be
able to connect to your machine.
- After the session is over, the connection will be closed. Your computer
will not be remotely accessible anymore unless you run that program again.
To Connect to Businelle's Desktop with Java
- Get the password and address from Businelle.
- Open up your Internet Explorer or any browser with Java.
- Wait as the java applet runs. If it asks you to trust a Java program,
then choose to accept.
- If you have popup blockers on, you may need to set it to allow for this
section or for that site.
- Then you should see a new window with a prompt for password. Enter the
password we give you and should then be able to view our desktop.
To Connect to Businelle's Desktop with Viewer App
- Download the viewer application (1 MB).
- Save it anywhere you like, or you can run it right away.
- For location, put in the address that Businelle assigns to you.
- When prompted for password, just enter the password we give as well.
- You should now be connected.
